Service excellence in action!
Service excellence is all about creating positive client experiences, which is what TMOS staff strive to do on a daily basis! What better recognition than personally receiving a simple thank you for the work that you do so well?
On Monday, May 16th Councilor Jan Harder called 311’s Patrick Clement to report a pothole that she had struck. Within 15 minutes of the call, our on-call staff Joel Jonsson was on-site assessing the hole. Furthermore, he contacted Councilor Harder directly to report that reflective tape and cones were put out, and to expect the hole to be fixed that evening or first thing the next morning. When asked about the service, Councillor Harder said “Bottom line is both Patrick and Joel get it! They understand customer service… and they deliver. I want to commend both of them for their efficiency and their follow through”.
Kudos to TMOS’s Joel Jonsson, one of our Traffic Management Inspectors, for his dedication to Service Excellence and making the roadway a safer place!
