Your ideas count!

You may have seen this pig around the office lately…

The Employee Engagement Team is looking for your ideas on how we can improve our work place and services!

It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Take a moment to record an idea down on a piece of paper. You can choose to remain anonymous, or include your name in case we need more information.

Step 2: Find one of the “suggestion pigs” located at:

                      - The entrance of the photocopy room by the 5E stairwell or,

                      - The supply room next to the colour printer on 5W

Step 3: Place your suggestion in the TMOS Piggy!

All suggestions will be reviewed and considered for potential implementation depending on scope and complexity. Your Employee Engagement Team is committed to give you a voice! Let’s work together to enhance our workplace and make sure that we’re all heard!

TMOS works together to help Clean the Capital

Last Friday, the Stakeholder Relations division of Traffic Management and Operational Support team invited their TMOS colleagues and friends to take part in a Fall Cleaning the Capital event at Constellation. Sixteen people took part in a quick and friendly cleanup of the area between 100 Constellation and Ben Franklin Place.

The group managed to clean graffiti and pick up more than a dozen garbage bags full of litter in less than an hour.

Thanks to all who came out to help and participate in the 2nd TMOS Cleaning the Capital team event.
