Good food, good fun and great prizes at the 2nd Annual United Way TMOS Potluck Luncheon

As we get close to the Holidays, what more could you ask for than having a fun and friendly lunch with colleagues? How about adding some good food, giving away some prizes and raising money for the United Way too!

I want to thank everyone who contributed to the potluck. Whether you brought one of the tasty dishes, prize donations, involved with the setup or cleanup and/or made your financial contribution, I know that everyone had a wonderful time. I want to recognize the organizers of the luncheon: Anabela Rocha, Alan Woods, Diana Habicht, Judi Pilon, Brianne Mulligan, Karine Delorme-Pigeon, Julie Madore, Jo-Anne Hicks, Martin Habicht and Lindsey LaRocque. Thank you all for organizing another great United Way event.

In case you couldn’t join us, here’s the list of prize winners (just in case you want to encourage them to share):
Glass turkeys: Greg Kent, Terry Chiasson, Karen Escorcia, Trina Gorr-Allision
Gift certificates: Marc Killeen, Dave Vander Wal, Rodney Pitchers and Dean Johnson
Stained glass: Linda Marin
Christmas basket: Diana Habicht
Christmas Cupcakes: Don Montminy
Gingerbread House: Barbara Callinan
Senators tickets: Earl Schwantz
Beauti Control package: Alan Woods

We raised $430.75 for United Way. What an amazing team!

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your hard work over the past year. You’ve done a great job in supporting the many competing projects and initiatives and I appreciate all of the extra effort given especially throughout the election and in providing service excellence in your day to day work.

I hope we will all be able to take some time to spend with friends and family over the holiday season.

Kevin
